The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role offers a unique opportunity to broadly support our mission of making equitable cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment accessible to all. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for transforming healthcare delivery and a commitment to making a real difference in the fight against cancer. As a Marketing Associate, you will gain valuable experience across various marketing functions, expanding our brand presence, engaging our target audiences, and driving business growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Support the VP of Marketing in the development, execution, and analysis of comprehensive marketing campaigns. Assist in coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure all campaign elements are aligned and effectively reaching our target audiences. Help craft and execute logistics and create visuals that resonate with our audience and support our mission
- Lead Generation: Design and maintain landing pages and forms in HubSpot to distribute content (webinars, on-site events, case studies, one-pagers) effectively and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop strategies that optimize lead generation efforts
- PR Coordination: Liaise with our PR team and VP of Marketing to distribute releases and maximize the impact of our public relations efforts. Collaborate on media outreach and other PR activities to enhance our brand visibility and reputation
- CRM Management: In close communication with our VP of Marketing and VP of Operations, manage our marketing CRM (HubSpot), including building and maintaining in-platform content repositories, lists, creating and optimizing forms, and managing marketing workflows. Ensure data accuracy and efficient CRM operations to support marketing and sales initiatives
- Content Deployment: Write and schedule social media posts for a B2B audience, ensuring alignment with our marketing strategies and brand voice. Work with the VP of Marketing and PR team to create a content calendar that supports overall marketing objectives
- Event Marketing: Manage and maintain our event calendar, ensuring all team members are informed of upcoming events and deadlines. Support the VP of Marketing in the planning and execution of conference and in-person event marketing strategies, including booth setup, lead generation workflows, and promotional activities
- Video Marketing: Edit, organize, and optimize distribution channels for an extensive video library of customer testimonials, ensuring proper categorization and usage across marketing channels
- Product Marketing: Create sales enablement collateral on product updates to support the sales cycle and align with overall marketing strategies
Key Skills Needed
- HubSpot/CRM: Proficiency in managing CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is essential for handling lists, forms, and workflows. This includes building targeted lists for campaigns, creating and optimizing forms for lead capture, and automating marketing workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Social Media: Experience in writing, scheduling, and managing social media content for a B2B audience is crucial. This involves developing content calendars, creating engaging posts that align with our marketing strategies, monitoring social media metrics to gauge performance, and adjusting tactics to maximize reach and engagement
- Video Editing: Skills in video editing are necessary to organize and market customer testimonial videos effectively. This includes cutting and editing raw footage, adding graphics and captions, optimizing videos for various platforms, and managing the video library to ensure easy access and use across marketing channels
- PowerPoint: Expertise in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations that align with CancerIQ's brand style. This includes attention to branding, alignment, animation, and ensuring consistency in visual style across all presentations
- Canva or Photoshop: Competence in using design tools like Canva or Photoshop is important for creating visually appealing marketing materials. This involves designing graphics for social media, email campaigns, and landing pages, ensuring brand consistency, and producing high-quality visuals that enhance our marketing efforts
